Shipping Information

- Standard Shipping: We utilize your local postal services such as Australia Post, DHL, Fedex, and UPS for free or standard shipping.

- Express Shipping: For express shipping, we partner with parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.

Overseas Duties and Taxes

All orders are shipped duty-paid to all parts of the world. If you receive a bill for import duties, send it to us and we will cover the cost.

Why Pre-Order?

Want to stay stylish while helping the planet? By pre-ordering the latest collections, you help reduce unnecessary waste. At no extra cost, you’ll receive your orders as soon as they are available, without carrying any guilt!

Please note that pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled as they are reserved for you. Due to factors beyond our control (such as shipping or customs), we cannot guarantee the exact ship-out date. Your items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. If, for any reason, items cannot be dispatched, you will receive an email with refund details.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at dreams@sensorysoftshop.com as soon as you place your order.

Exceptions:

Package Returned Due to Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure.  - If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up/sign for the package, you will be responsible for reshipment charges.

1. Damaged Package:

We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact SensorySoft Customer Care Team. If you refuse your order without our authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

2. Lost Packages:

If your package loses tracking for more than 5 days, please contact SensorySoft. In some cases, a package may be delivered to a neighbor if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Delivery to a neighboring address is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Signature-required orders that cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse. For lost or missing packages, we will provide the carrier and tracking information so you can contact them directly. SensorySoft is not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.

To ensure the safety of our customers, in cases of suspected package theft, we ask that you file a police report with your local police departments before we can process a refund or exchange. Once you submit a police report, our Loss Prevention Team will reach out within 48-72 business hours. Please provide all requested information to expedite the process.

Shipping Delays

SensorySoft is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, SensorySoftShop is not responsible for delays caused by the courier (such as customs clearance).
